Chicken Don

Ingredients
  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 3 teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce - 4 teaspoon
  • Hot and Sweet Sauce - 4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 3 tablespoon
  • Coriender Powder (Dhaniya Powder)- 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1 teaspoon
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Masala - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 5 tablespoon
         Chicken me salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder, pani aur oil 3 tablespoon dalkar 10 minute tak paka le.
         Dusare pan me Oil dale aur thoda garam hone par usme ginger-garlic paste, dry fenugreek leaves dalkar thoda mix kare. Phir usme chicken dale. Soya sauce, tomato sauce, and chicken masala dalkar 10 se 15 min tak paka le.

Egg Chilly


Ingredients
  • Egg - 8 to 10
  • Green Chilli - 15 to 20
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
         Eggs boil kar le. Green chillies ko bich me se katkar aadha cut kare.
        Dusare pan me oil aur ghee dale. Thodasa garam hone ke baad usme green chillies dal de. 10 min tak chillies ko chalate rahe. Baad me usme soya sauce, green chilli sauce, white vinegar dalkar acche se mix karke 5 minute tak pakaye. Gas band karne ke baad usme boiled eggs dale.

Mutton Chilly

  • Green Chilli - 15 to 20
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
         Mutton me salt, turmeric powder aur pani dalkar pakale. Green chillies ko bich me se katkar aadha cut kare.

Hyderabadi Savji Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 3 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriender Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Big Onion - 3 to 4
  • Big Tomatos - 2
  • Peppermint Leaves - 5 to 6
  • Oil - 5 to 6 tablespoon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste (Aadrak-Lahsun Paste) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Cumin (Shahjeera) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Indian Bay Leaf (Tej patta) - 1 to 2
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
          Chicken me salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder, ginger-garlic paste, 3 tablespoon oil, aur 3 cup pani dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak paka le.
          Dusre pan me oil garam hone ke baad black cumin and indian bay leaf dale. Uske baad lambe cut kiye huve onion aur tomatos ko dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak acchhe se paka le. Phir usme ginger-garic paste, garam masala dalkar mila le. Phir usme chicken dale. Uper se pappermint leaves aur coriender leaves ko dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak acche se paka le.
White Chicken


Ingredients
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Papper (kali mirch) - 1 teaspoon
  • Peppermint Leaves - 7 to 8
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste (Aadrak-Lahsun Paste) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Black Cumin (Shahjeera) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriender Leaves
         Chicken me salt, thodasa oil aur pani dalkar 5 min tak paka le. Peppermint Leaves, Coriender Leaves aur black pepper ko grind kare.
          Dusare pan me oil dale aur thoda garam hone ke baad usme black cumin dale. Phir usme chicken (pani ke sath), ginger-garlic paste, grind kiya hua peppermint leaves, coriender leaves aur black papper dalkar 5 se 10 minute tak paka le. Ho gaya tayyar white chicken.

Red Mutton



Ingredients
  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriender Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 2 tablespoon
  • Big Onion - 7 to 8
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Coriender Leaves (Kothimbir)
          Mutton me salt, turmeric powder aur 1 cup pani dalkar acche se pakale.
          Ek pan me oil dale. Oil garam hone baad usme chote chote cut kiye huwe onion dalkar 10 minute tak gas par rak de. Onion acche se pak jane ke baad usme thoda salt, thoda turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder dalkar acche se hila kar 5 minute tak rakh de. Baad me usme mutton dale aur 10 minute tak paka le(mutton ke saath pani bhi dal de). Mutton acche se pak jane ke baad gas band kar de aur uper se coriender leaves dal de. Apka red mutton tayyar ho jayega.
Green Mutton

Ingredients
  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1 teaspoon
  • Big Onion - 5 to 6
  • Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 8 to 10
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Coriender Leaves (Kothimbir)
      Mutton me salt, turmeric powder, aur 1cup pani dalkar acchhe se mutton ko paka le.
      Ek dusre pan me oil dale. Oil garam hone ke baad usme grind kiya hua green chilli dale. Green chilli me thoda salt aur turmeric powder dale. Uske baad chote chote cut kiye huwe onion dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak gas par rakh de. onion acchhe se pak jane ke baad usme mutton dale (mutton ke saath usme ka pani bhi dale). Mutton acchhe mix karne ke baad 10 minute tak pakane de. Upper se coriender leaves dalkar garama garam parose.
                                                      Green Khima Role


Ingredients
  • Mutton Khima - 1/2 kg
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 8 to 10
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriender Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - 6 tablespoon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste (Aadrak-Lahsun Paste) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriender Leaves (Kothimbir)
      Grinder cup me green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, coriender powder, coriender leaves dalkar thoda grind kare. Baad me ginger-garlic paste, khima, 1/2 teaspoon oil dalkar grind kare.
       Ek pan le aur usme oil dale. Hatho ko thodasa oil lagakar khima ke role banakar pan me dale phir gas par 15 min tak rake.
       Aap chahe to khima role tayyar hone ke baad khima role me lal mirch powder dalkar kha sakate hai.
