Green Mutton

Ingredients
  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1 teaspoon
  • Big Onion - 5 to 6
  • Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 8 to 10
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Coriender Leaves (Kothimbir)
      Mutton me salt, turmeric powder, aur 1cup pani dalkar acchhe se mutton ko paka le.
      Ek dusre pan me oil dale. Oil garam hone ke baad usme grind kiya hua green chilli dale. Green chilli me thoda salt aur turmeric powder dale. Uske baad chote chote cut kiye huwe onion dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak gas par rakh de. onion acchhe se pak jane ke baad usme mutton dale (mutton ke saath usme ka pani bhi dale). Mutton acchhe mix karne ke baad 10 minute tak pakane de. Upper se coriender leaves dalkar garama garam parose.
