Red Mutton



Ingredients
  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriender Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 2 tablespoon
  • Big Onion - 7 to 8
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Coriender Leaves (Kothimbir)
          Mutton me salt, turmeric powder aur 1 cup pani dalkar acche se pakale.
          Ek pan me oil dale. Oil garam hone baad usme chote chote cut kiye huwe onion dalkar 10 minute tak gas par rak de. Onion acche se pak jane ke baad usme thoda salt, thoda turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder dalkar acche se hila kar 5 minute tak rakh de. Baad me usme mutton dale aur 10 minute tak paka le(mutton ke saath pani bhi dal de). Mutton acche se pak jane ke baad gas band kar de aur uper se coriender leaves dal de. Apka red mutton tayyar ho jayega.
