Hyderabadi Savji Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 3 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriender Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Big Onion - 3 to 4
  • Big Tomatos - 2
  • Peppermint Leaves - 5 to 6
  • Oil - 5 to 6 tablespoon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste (Aadrak-Lahsun Paste) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Cumin (Shahjeera) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Indian Bay Leaf (Tej patta) - 1 to 2
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
          Chicken me salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder, ginger-garlic paste, 3 tablespoon oil, aur 3 cup pani dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak paka le.
          Dusre pan me oil garam hone ke baad black cumin and indian bay leaf dale. Uske baad lambe cut kiye huve onion aur tomatos ko dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak acchhe se paka le. Phir usme ginger-garic paste, garam masala dalkar mila le. Phir usme chicken dale. Uper se pappermint leaves aur coriender leaves ko dalkar 10 se 15 minute tak acche se paka le.
