Mutton Chilly

Ingredients
  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Green Chilli - 15 to 20
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
         Mutton me salt, turmeric powder aur pani dalkar pakale. Green chillies ko bich me se katkar aadha cut kare.
        Dusare pan me oil aur ghee dale. Thodasa garam hone ke baad usme green chillies dal de. 10 min tak chillies ko chalate rahe. Baad me usme mutton(pani ke sath), soya sauce, green chilli sauce, white vinegar dalkar acche se mix karke 5 minute tak pakaye.
        Aap chahe to isme pani aur cornflower ka mix bhi dal sakte hai
